Should you encounter any issues with your received item, please contact our customer service team promptly via email for assistance.
If the product is in perfect condition but you wish to return it for any reason, we offer refunds (shipping costs excluded, unless the item is defective) for items returned in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Please note:
For health and safety reasons, food items cannot be returned.
Products with broken seals post-delivery are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns.
Our company maintains the right to decline returns at our discretion.
To initiate a refund, please send an email to our customer service address with your name, order details, and the reason for return.
Refund processing typically takes up to 7 business days after receiving the returned item. Reimbursements will be made through the original payment method.
We cannot issue refunds for orders lost due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the recipient fails to arrange redelivery or collection within 18 working days, the item will be returned to our headquarters.
Upon receiving a returned product, we will promptly notify you. We can arrange reshipment for a £5.00 fee if desired.
In cases of incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses, we cannot guarantee the return of the package to our main office. If it does return, we will inform you immediately. Reshipment can be arranged for a £5.00 fee if requested.
